Counseling Sessions

Through therapy sessions, I assist my clients in developing treatment goals to help them process and overcome experiences, identify new skills and ways of thinking in order to facilitate healing and overall improved wellbeing. Individual or couples sessions are a safe space for clients to be heard and understood in any stage of life they may be in. 

Workshops/Trainings

Workshops are educational and interactive, geared mainly towards organizations that desire to improve the wellbeing of staff, students, or clients. If you are looking to add a component of mental health and wellness to your conference or event, this service would be a great fit for you. Each workshop or training is tailored to your organization or your event’s specific needs and goals.

Speaking

I like to use speaking opportunities as a way to encourage and inspire others who may need that extra nudge to take a step into improving their quality of life. My approach is to connect with the audience and bring awareness to mental health and wellbeing in a relatable way. My goal is to always ensure that listeners are left with something to reflect on.
